CIMAC Hellas organised a webinar titled: Insights of fuel injector technology for the combustion of alternative fuels. A key engine component for the induction and combustion of any type of fuel, is the fuel injector. Fuels covering a wide range of energy densities and viscosities mandate different injection strategies to begin combustion, since they require different start of injection and duration times.
The speaker of the webinar was Claudio Negri, R&D Predesign and Simulation Team Leader at OMT-Torino S.p.A. He studied Mechanical Engineering and holds a PhD degree in Energetics.
During the webinar, he shared valuable insights and expertise on research, predesign, and simulation processes within the industry.
